The Customer Care Representatives welcome you as you arrive and depart from our practice. They will assist you in scheduling future appointments, explaining your visit charges, vision and insurance benefits, as well as answer questions you may have about your visit.
Clinical Care Technicians
The Clinical Technicians will be with you through the entire eye exam. The technicians will explain all of the exams and eye-saving procedures available to you during your exam.
Optician Staff
The Opticians are here to help you select the perfect frames and lenses to suit your lifestyle and personal taste. They are skilled in every aspect of selecting, measuring and recommending eye wear. Their goal is to achieve "best visual outcome possible" by using the most technologically advanced lenses and treatments. If you wear contact lenses, our opticians can answer your questions and instruct you on proper use and care.
